can i use a gift card from jamba juice that i found?

i found it at knotts berry farm w/ a 20 dollar bill
will i get in trouble for using a gift card that’s not mine?

    Well if you feel guilty about keeping and using it, then you can ask at the Farm if anybody has asked if this card and the bill have been found and if they left a forwarding address or phone number, otherwise no you will not.

    No, there is no way that they can prove that the card is not yours.
